Advanced, Bespoke Facial Treatments Tailored to Your Skin

Every bespoke facial treatment at The Beauty Bistro, Hedge End, begins with a professional assessment of your skin. Rather than following a fixed facial routine, I tailor each appointment to how your skin looks, feels and behaves on the day, while keeping your individual concerns and longer-term goals in mind.

Skin is constantly changing. Ageing, hormonal changes, lifestyle, inflammation and environmental exposure can all influence its condition, contributing to concerns such as sensitivity, dehydration, pigmentation, congestion, uneven texture or a gradual loss of firmness and elasticity.

Having the flexibility to respond to those changes means your facial isn’t restricted to one particular treatment or piece of technology. Instead, I draw upon different techniques and technologies to give your skin what will benefit it most.

Choosing Your Bespoke Facial Treatment

The 60-minute Clinical Facial Skin Treatment is ideal for regular appointments and ongoing skin maintenance.

The 90-minute Advanced Clinical Facial Skin Treatment provides additional time for a more comprehensive treatment or combination of techniques, or simply if you would prefer a longer, 90-minute appointment.

I have an extensive range of professional treatments and advanced technologies available, including controlled skin resurfacing, chemical peels, radiofrequency, LED phototherapy, cold plasma, CACI facial muscle stimulation, EMS, direct contact cryotherapy, microneedling, oxygen therapy, no-needle mesotherapy and advanced professional skincare delivery systems.

This gives me considerable scope to personalise your appointments.

Ultimately, you don’t need to decide which technology to choose or what treatment you think your skin needs. You are booking my time and expertise, and I will take care of the rest.

For clients who prefer the structure of regular appointments and ongoing skincare support, The Skin Consistency Method provides a consistent approach to professional treatment and homecare.

Bespoke facial FAQ’S

Which skin concerns can bespoke facial treatments help with?

Bespoke facial treatments can be used to address a vast range of concerns, including dehydration, sensitivity, congestion, acne, rosacea, eczema, uneven texture, dullness, pigmentation irregularities, loss of firmness and elasticity, and visible signs of skin ageing.

Rather than treating a concern in isolation, I also consider the overall condition and function of the skin, including barrier health, hydration and resilience, when deciding your treatment.

Do I need a consultation before my first facial?

Yes. All new clients are required to have a consultation before booking their first facial treatment.

This allows me to assess your skin, discuss your concerns and objectives, review your current skincare, medical history, medications and any previous or recent aesthetic treatments. It also allows me to identify any contraindications and establish which treatments may be suitable for you.

Your consultation must be completed before your first facial appointment.

Will I have the same facial treatment every time?

No. Your skin is continually changing and can be affected by factors such as hormones, stress, lifestyle, medication, environmental exposure, seasonal changes and your home skincare routine.

I reassess your skin at each appointment and adapt your treatment accordingly. Even when we are working towards the same longer-term objective, the treatment itself will change as your skin responds and progresses.

The one exception is CACI. If CACI forms part of your regular treatment programme, it will remain a consistent element of your appointments. However, the treatments and technologies I use alongside CACI may change depending on what your skin requires at each visit.

How often should I have a bespoke facial?

There is no single treatment frequency that is suitable for everyone. How often I recommend treatment will depend on your skin, your concerns, the type of treatment being performed and what we are trying to achieve. Generally speaking one treatment every four to six weeks is recommended.

Some clients benefit from a structured course of treatment to begin with then move onto monhtly maintanence.  I will advise you on an appropriate treatment frequency for your skin upon consultation.

Can I have a bespoke facial if I use retinol or prescription skincare?

Yes. A full assessment is completed during your consultation, including a review of your current skincare, retinol and any prescription products or medications. This allows me to establish what is appropriate for your skin and whether any aspect of your treatment needs to be temporarily paused.

What happens if my skin is particularly sensitive or irritated on the day?

Please still attend your appointment. I don’t just treat healthy skin. I treat skin in ALL conditions, including sensitive, bruised, broken skin, irritated, dry, reactive or compromised.

Seeing your skin when it isn’t at its best can be extremely valuable. I can assess how it is presenting on the day and adapt your facial accordingly, focusing on exactly what your skin needs at that time. If there is a reason why treatment would not be appropriate, I will always advise you.

Can I have a bespoke facial if I have recently had Botox or dermal fillers?

A minimum waiting time of two weeks must be allowed after injectable facial treatments before having a bespoke facial at The Beauty Bistro. This allows the treated area sufficient time to settle before facial massage or advanced technologies are performed.
