Bev always deserves a 5-star review because she consistently delivers 5-star treatment. After a hectic six weeks of illness and moving house, I'd been unable to get in to see her — and my skin was definitely feeling the absence! It was wonderful to finally get back, and my skin already looks and feels so much better. Her knowledge is second to none, and her genuine enthusiasm for tackling whatever concern I bring to her is just brilliant.

Bev gave me the most personalised experience I’ve ever had. Bespoke is an understatement! She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and drew on her incredible knowledge and experience to tailor every step. I left feeling cared for, understood, and genuinely amazed by her expertise. So few specialists in this part of the country have any experience in dealing with Keratosis Pilaris in brown skin, that I was overjoyed to have found someone who knew exactly how to manage it! I was only planning to book a one‑off facial, but after experiencing Bev’s level of care and compassion, I’m absolutely sticking around. When someone delivers results and makes you feel genuinely understood, it’s impossible not to come back!
