SkinBetter Science cannot be purchased freely online. Before creating an account for SkinBetter Science products, please complete the SkinBetter Science consultation form. The form only needs to be completed once, not for each product. If you have arrived here from completing a form on a Skinbetter science product, this request will have already been completed; you can continue to create an account.
DMK products cannot be purchased without first attending an in-clinic consultation. There is no provision for new clients to purchase DMK online through a virtual consultation. This is a strict requirement from DMK UK.

How to redeem points:
Once logged into your account, choose your purchases and add them to the cart.
At checkout, as long as you have 500 or more points you will be able to choose how many points you wish to redeem. You can take some, or all of the available points up to a maximum of 5000 points (£50.00) in one transaction. Any remaining points and/or points that you don’t wish to redeem will remain on your account for future use for 12 months.
The discount for the redeemed points will show on the breakdown of the sale.
Pay any remaining amount through debit/credit card, or Clearpay as normal.
All new points will be added automatically to your account for your purchases. You can view your points at any time from your account under ‘My reward points’.
Terms and Conditions of use:
All reward points are personal to The Beauty Bistro Ltd individual account holders and can only be earned and redeemed through The Beauty Bistro’s online shop.
Reward points will be manually added by The Beauty Bistro for reviews left on Google and IO Reviews. Please allow 7 working days for points to show on your online account.
Reward points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Reward points can only be redeemed against future purchases at The Beauty Bistro Ltd online website.
Points can only be redeemed upon checkout in blocks of 500 (value £5) to a maximum of 5000 points (value £50) in one order.
Points are valid for 12 months. Once points have expired, they cannot be reinstated and will be lost.
Customers must be logged into their online account to accumulate and redeem points upon checkout. Points will not be manually added by The Beauty Bistro in retrospect for anyone who has not logged into their account upon purchasing.
The Beauty Bistro reserves the right to immediately end or change the loyalty programme at any time and without notice.
