Where Pelvic Floor Strength and Control Are Restored

The EMS Pelvic Floor Chair is a state-of-the-art medical aesthetic device designed to restore strength, tone, and optimal functionality to the pelvic floor muscles using safe, non-invasive electromagnetic stimulation. Built on advanced High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology, the chair delivers precise, powerful pulses that trigger deep, supramaximal contractions of the pelvic floor, muscle activity that goes far beyond the intensity of traditional pelvic floor exercises.

Unlike conventional training, where only a portion of the muscle fibres are activated, HIFEM stimulation engages the entire pelvic floor muscle group simultaneously, ensuring comprehensive strengthening and rehabilitation. This makes it particularly beneficial for anyone experiencing issues such as bladder leakage, pelvic weakness, post-natal changes, or age-related muscle relaxation, as well as those simply wishing to improve their intimate wellness, posture, and core support.

In just one comfortable 30-minute session, the EMS Pelvic Floor Chair can generate the equivalent of 11,000 Kegel contractions, a level of training that would be impossible to achieve voluntarily. Treatments are carried out fully clothed, with no pain, downtime, or invasive procedures, allowing you to simply sit back and relax while the device does the work. Over a course of treatments, the pelvic floor muscles are retrained, strengthened, and re-educated, leading to noticeable improvements in control, stability, and overall quality of life.

This next-generation therapy offers a discreet, effortless, and clinically proven solution for those seeking to restore confidence, enhance daily comfort, and support intimate health, without the inconvenience of surgery or recovery time.

Restore Strength. Reclaim Confidence

Benefits of the EMS Pelvic Floor Chair:

Strengthens weakened pelvic floor muscles – The EMS Pelvic Floor Chair utilises high-intensity focused electromagnetic stimulation to engage and contract the pelvic floor muscles in ways that are difficult to achieve with traditional Kegel exercises alone. This deep, repetitive activation helps rebuild muscle tone and strength, enhancing overall core stability and control.

Helps with urinary incontinence – By retraining and tightening the pelvic floor, the chair significantly improves outcomes for those experiencing stress incontinence (leakage from coughing, laughing, sneezing, or exercising), urge incontinence (sudden and uncontrollable urges to urinate), or mixed incontinence. Strengthened muscles support better bladder control and reduce the frequency and severity of leaks.

Enhances intimate health and function – Improved circulation, lubrication, muscle tone, and neuromuscular responsiveness in the pelvic region can lead to heightened sensitivity, improved function, and greater confidence in intimate wellness. Many clients also report enhanced intimate satisfaction as a result of stronger, better-functioning pelvic floor muscles.

Supports post-natal recovery – Pregnancy and childbirth place considerable strain on the pelvic floor. The EMS Pelvic floor chair accelerates post-natal rehabilitation by restoring muscle elasticity, tone, and function safely and effectively. This can be particularly beneficial for new mothers struggling with bladder control, discomfort, or loss of support in the pelvic area.

Aids in menopausal care – Before, during and after menopause, hormonal changes often cause pelvic floor muscles to weaken and connective tissue to lose elasticity. Regular treatment helps counteract these age-related changes, maintaining strength, increasing lubrication and reducing the risk of urinary incontinence or prolapse, while improving overall pelvic wellness.

Improves pelvic stability and posture – A strong pelvic floor contributes to better alignment of the spine, hips, and core muscles. Strengthening these deep supportive muscles enhances posture, reduces the risk of lower back pain, and improves functional movement in everyday life.

Completely non-invasive – The EMS Pelvic Floor Chair offers all these benefits without the need for surgery, injections, or downtime. You simply sit, fully clothed, while the device delivers thousands of deep, supramaximal contractions in a single session, the equivalent of performing over 11,000 Kegel exercises effortlessly. This makes it a safe, comfortable, and highly effective option for preventative care, rehabilitation, or ongoing maintenance.

This innovative technology offers an effective, safe, and discreet solution for anyone seeking to restore pelvic health, regain confidence, enhance intimacy and maintain comfort.

Treatment Recommendations:

Initial Course: 6 treatments over 3 weeks (2 x sessions per week).

Maintenance: A top-up session every 4–6 weeks helps maintain consistent results, or you can choose to complete a further course every 4-6 months.

When to Expect Results:

Many clients begin to notice a significant improvement after just one or two sessions, particularly in pelvic floor muscle strength. Continued progress is usually seen over the following weeks. For optimal outcomes, it is strongly recommended that you complete the initial course of treatment within the specified time frame, as prolonged gaps or interruptions can reduce its effectiveness. Studies have shown that this approach can improve quality of life in cases of urinary incontinence by up to 95%, while up to 93% of women experiencing intimate dysfunction have reported significant improvement following treatment.

Why It Matters:

Pelvic floor muscles are like any other muscles in the body; they gradually weaken if they’re not exercised, and because these muscles aren’t activated during normal daily activity, ongoing treatments provide essential support, helping you stay confident, comfortable, and in control. Think of your maintenance sessions as a personal training programme for your pelvic floor, keeping your results strong, your muscles resilient, and your quality of life at its best.

For your safety, this treatment is not recommended in the following situations;

If you are pregnant or have given birth within 4-6 months.
Currently menstruating, (treatment can commence after your cycle has completed).
Abnormal uterine bleeding.
If you have a copper IUD (coil) fitted. Hormonal IUDs (e.g. Mirena®, Kyleena®, Jaydess®): These are plastic and are considered safe to use with the EMS pelvic floor chair.
Acute pelvic infection, at risk of pelvic bleeding, or suffering from severe haemorrhoids, open wounds, inflammation, or infection in the treatment area.
If you are receiving anticoagulant medication, have a bleeding disorder, or certain vascular or lung conditions (such as embolism or pulmonary insufficiency).
Metal or electronic implants, including (but not limited to) pacemakers, pelvic plates, metal plates, metal screws, defibrillators, nerve stimulators, cochlear implants, drug pumps, or stents.
Severe medical conditions such as cancer, heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, dementia, epilepsy, or malignant tumours.
Recently undergone pelvic floor or pelvic surgery. A recovery period of 3–6 months is generally recommended before beginning pelvic floor rehabilitation. Always consult your doctor to confirm when it is safe for you to start treatment.
