How to use Heliocare Sensation SPF50:
Shake thoroughly before use. Apply approximately two full finger lengths of product to the face, ensuring that you apply the suncream evenly. Ensure you get full coverage up to the hairline and around the eyes, taking care not to get the suncream into the eyes. Reapply every 90 minutes during periods of high exposure, after sweating, swimming or towelling the skin.

Precautions: External Use. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun during peak hours. Use protective clothing, hat and sunglasses. Keep out of the sun between the hours of 12pm to 3pm when UV is at its strongest.  Do not expose young children directly to the sun. It can stain clothes.
