Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by The Beauty Bistro Ltd. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to these terms.

PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers can be purchased online, in-clinic, or by phone.
Gift vouchers are available in set denominations selected at the time of purchase.

REDEEMING GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers may be used as full or partial payment for treatments or products at The Beauty Bistro.
If the total purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative accepted payment method.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.

To redeem a gift voucher online for recipients who are unable to attend the clinic and wish to purchase skincare only.
Once the recipient has received their gift voucher and created an account on the website, they should email bev@newtbb-co-uk.lhr.stackstaging.com, providing their email address and the amount of the gift card.  Once identified, the full amount of the gift card will be immediately applied to the recipient’s online account, allowing them to redeem part or all of the gift card’s value upon purchasing skincare products online. Any remaining balance will stay on the recipient’s online account for six months or until redeemed or the gift card expires.

EXPIRY
Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Expired gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or reactivated.

NON-REUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers may not be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged.

BOOKING TREATMENTS
Treatments booked using gift vouchers are subject to The Beauty Bistro’s standard booking and cancellation policy.
If you cancel outside of the required 24-hour notice period, your gift voucher may be redeemed as payment for the cancellation fee.

BALANCE ENQUIRY
To check the balance of your gift voucher, please contact The Beauty Bistro directly. For online recipients, please see your balance in your online account.

RIGHT TO AMEND
The Beauty Bistro reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and without notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by UK law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
