Cleanse the skin with the Environ® Dual Action Pre-Cleanser Apply the mild cleansing lotion to the entire face and neck, massage well into the skin. Remove the lotion with warm water. It is recommended to use this lotion both in the morning and the evening. Follow with toner and then apply your recommended Environ vitamin A moisturiser
