Blemish Removal – Benign Skin Lesion

Advanced Cosmetic Procedures at The Beauty Bistro provide precise removal of common benign skin lesions using clinically controlled electrolysis techniques. Treatment is performed following my professional assessment to ensure suitability, safety and appropriate management of the surrounding skin tissue.

Only benign skin irregularities suitable for advanced cosmetic procedures are treated within the clinic. Any lesion displaying irregular borders, colour variation, rapid change or clinical uncertainty will not be treated, and referral to a GP or dermatology professional will be advised. This ensures treatment remains within safe professional scope and prioritises your wellbeing at all times. A medical professional’s consent is required prior to the cosmetic removal of any small, benign mole. Treatment is only undertaken once suitability has been medically confirmed.

Many superficial skin irregularities develop naturally over time as a result of ageing, genetics, sun exposure or changes within the skin’s structure. While harmless, these lesions may become cosmetically bothersome or prone to irritation. Treatment focuses on safely reducing or removing these concerns while preserving skin integrity and supporting optimal healing.

Blemish removal is performed using Sterex Advanced Electrolysis, a highly targeted technique that utilises a fine sterile probe to deliver a controlled micro-current directly into the lesion. The energy creates a brief localised heat reaction, allowing the tissue to coagulate or cauterise with minimal disruption to surrounding skin structures. This precision enables effective treatment of small lesions while reducing unnecessary trauma.

With blemish removal, results are often visible immediately or develop progressively as natural healing occurs. Minor lesions may resolve following a single session, while larger or more established irregularities may require staged treatment. Temporary redness or light crusting can occur as part of the normal healing response before the skin returns to a clearer and more refined appearance.

Advanced Cosmetic Procedures can be performed on both the face and body within a calm clinical environment, prioritising precision, hygiene and tissue preservation to achieve safe and effective outcomes.
